The scope of works under taken by Leeda Developments in this project shows the meticulous attention to detail. This project involved the demolition of the existing tenancy & providing installation of service infrastructure including all electrical, plumbing & mechanical works & the implementation of all furniture. These works included an area of structural steel works, related to the new stair case opening which shows the steel beams, also all new refrigeration & displays were supplied & custom made refrigeration finished with Antique Brass were installed. All walls finished off in Stucco Finish and the entrance showing the logo in mosiac tiling. A striking feature on the upper level is the backlit wall of coloured bottles arranged to create a unique display. Leeda’s finished product shows their expertise and imagination in creating every project to its fullest of expectations.
