Donovans restaurant is contained in the original public bathing pavilion of St Kilda built in the 1920s: ”...a house on the beach..”
The transformation was undertaken by Leeda whose quality workmanship fulfilled the demands of the clients with precision (all within a six week time frame).

Awarded MBVA excellence in construction (Existing Buildings) – 1998.
