Food Emporium

Located at the newly constructed Austin Health precinct, the $376 million project includes the relocation of the Mercy Hospital for Women and the redevelopment of Austin Health.

With the brief of creating “a market”, Food Emporium does away with the food-race format, instead presenting customers with a number of different options to head to at any given time, such as coffee, sushi and pizza. Each with their own distinctive theme.
