Following a long standing relationship with client and iconic chef Jacques Reymond, Leeda Projects continues to work with the next generation Edouard, Antoine, and Nathalie, completing the fitout of L’ Hotel Gitan, sister venue to the renowned Bistro Gitan.

The Reymond family had a vision to retain the character and history of the beautiful old hotel and build on it. L’ Hotel Gitan pays homage to its art deco heritage featuring copper and brass detailing throughout the kitchen, bar and 45 seat dining area.

The Private Dining Room at L’ Hotel Gitan incorporates a rustic feel, further enhanced with a custom made dining table featuring 80 year old Redgum timber slab sourced from the Ararat region.
