Lee Ho Fook, well known amongst Melbournian’s for modern Chinese cuisine has closed down the Collingwood pop up on Smith Street Collingwood relocating to a new warehouse space at Duckboard Place Melbourne CBD.
With a focus on contemporary design, restaurateurs Peter Bartholomew and David Mackintosh have awarded the Fitout to Techne Architects and Leeda Projects.
Well known Chef Victor Liong will continue to showcase his talent for authentic Chinese style cooking.
Project due for completion Early August 2015.
